Col. Randy Huiss, 15th Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Robert Copes during the 15th Maintenance Group change of command ceremony on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, July 28, 2015. As the 15 MXG commander, Copes will lead and provide operational direction to an integrated force of 500 active duty, Hawaii Air National Guard, civilian and contractor members supporting C-17, F-22 and C-37 and C-40 Special Assigned Airlift Mission aircraft to meet global airlift, global strike and theater security mission requirements.
