INSPECTOR GENERAL ASSISTANCE & COMPLAINTS
Anyone may submit a complaint, allegation, or request for assistance to any Inspector General (IG) concerning matters of Department of the Air Force interest. IGs will encourage DAF personnel to first discuss complaints, allegations, or request for assistance with their commander or chain of command, as provided by regulation. If the DAF personnel does not wish to discuss with their chain of command, the IG will accept the IG assistance request unless specific redress procedures are available. Be advised, it is a violation of 10 USC 1034 to restrict anyone from communicating with the IG or retaliating against them for that communication.

Complaint Submission

Filing a complaint with the 15th Wing Inspector General's Office can be accomplished in four ways; In-Person, Phone, Email, or US Mail.

Military Family Support Center
The Military and Family Support Center integrates the standard programs and services of the old Pearl Harbor Fleet & Family Support and Hickam Airman & Family Readiness into a one a one-stop-shop center. They provide unified, customer-focused programs, classes, and services to support the JBPHH community, including active duty, reserve, retired personnel, family members, and DoD employees (except as noted in the program descriptions). MILITARY AND FAMILY READINESS CENTER
The Military and Readiness Center (M&FRC) (formerly Airman & Family Readiness Center), a section of the 647^th Force Support Squadron supports individuals, families, and leadership with specific core Air and Space Force programs and services. The M&FRC is collocated and partners with the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Military & Family Support Center for a one-stop-shop, serving the needs of the Total Force to promote resiliency, strengthen communities, enhance mission readiness, and ease adaptation to the mobile military lifestyle. MWR / Great Life Hawaii

Sexual Assault Response Coordinators and Victim Advocates are available at major Department of Defense installations to assist victims and survivors of sexual assault. Wounded Warrior Program
The Air Force Wounded Warrior (AFW2) Program works together with the Air Force Survivor Assistance Program, Airmen & Family Readiness Centers and the Air Force Medical Service to provide concentrated non-medical care and support for combat wounded, ill and injured Airmen (and their families) as they recover and transition back to duty or civilian life. 15 WG Intergrated Resilience Office (IRO)
The 15 WG Integrated Resilience Office (IRO) supports the well-being of airmen, guardians, and families to ensure they reach their full potential. The 15 WG IRO builds physical, mental, social and spiritual resiliency through collaboration with helping agencies and coordinated activities. Additionally, the IRO works with leaders throughout Joint Base Peal Harbor- Hickam to build healthy climates and create environments free from abuse and harm.
