Hickam honors historic aviators

Jessie Higa, 15th Wing local historian, removes the incorrect spelling of “Bouquet Blvd” during a rededication ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 26, 2023. 1st Lt. Ulric Louis Bouquet was a DH-4A pilot assigned to the Army Air Service Hawaiian Department in 1921.
