15th CPTS stages TLA Meal Rate Claim Center

Department of the Air Force personnel wait in line and complete an Air Force Form 594 at the Hickam Memorial Theater at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 8, 2021. Service members must provide a physical copy of proof of residence to the Temporary Lodging Allowance Meal Rate Claim Processing Center line to ensure eligibility. TLA is available for Department of the Air Force personnel choosing to remain in their JBPHH residence during the current water issues.
