Col. Scott Bernt, 15th Operations Group commander, gives the guidon to Lt. Col. Charles Bursi, 19th Fighter Squadron incoming commander, at the 19th Fighter Squadron Change of Command Ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 13, 2020. The 19th Fighter Squadron is the first active duty associate unit flying the Raptor and is a member of the Total Force team with the Hawaiian Raptors. With the F-22 and the Hawaiian Raptors, the 19th Fighter Squadron continues its legacy and commitment to provide air dominance in the Indo-Pacific as one of the oldest squadrons in the United States Air Force.
