Learning to Lead

Thirteen company grade officers were hand selected by their squadron commanders to attend a beta version for the Flight Commander Leadership Course Dec. 11-13 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. For many, the course was the first opportunity for attendees to reflect what kind of leader they are and what kind of leader they hope to become. (U.S. Air Force photo by 2nd Lt. Amber R.
