Port Dawg Rodeo
Members of Team Ramrod guide a Halversen loader as part of the inaugural Port Dawg Rodeo Halvorsen loader driving course on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Aug. 20, 2015. The event was intended to test the Airmen’s aircraft loading efficiency and challenged the participants to use a Halvorson loader to move equipment onto a simulated aircraft. The Port Dawg Rodeo, which is the first of its kind at JBPHH, was hosted by the 735th Air Mobility Squadron and provides a way for aerial port Airmen to test and improve their tactics in a fun and competitive environment.
