Cookie Caper

Cookie Caper volunteers sort and bag cookies in the Cookie Command Central at the Makai Recreation Center on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 3, 2014. The Cookie Caper program solicits donations for freshly baked cookies from base and community members.
