Lt. Col. David Milner, 15th Wing Operations Support Squadron commander, (left) Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, (center) and Navy Capt. Lance Scott, commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Two, pose for a group photo and toss up Hawaiian shakas with a P-3 Orion aircrew after the aircraft arrived on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Aug. 23, 2013. The P-3 was the first of 16 fixed-wing aircraft to relocate from Navy Patrol Squadron NINE at Marine Corps Base Hawaii because of runway renovations. More than 175 of the unit’s personnel will also relocate to provide aircraft maintenance and support. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Terri Paden)
