15th Wing welcomes its newest Chief Master Sgt. Selects

Senior Master Sgt. Todd Kirsch, 647th Civil Engineer Squadron operations superintendent, accepts a congratulatory letter and promotion memento this week shortly after being notified of his promotion to chief master sergeant by Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, at 15th Wing headquarters building, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. All chief master sergeants are expected to serve as mentors for company-grade and field-grade commissioned officers, as well as noncommissioned officers and junior enlisted members, and to serve as advisors to unit commanders and senior officers.
