15th Wing welcomes its newest Chief Master Sgt. Selects

Todd Kirsch, 647th Civil Engineer Squadron operations superintendent, accepts a congratulatory letter and promotion memento this week shortly after being notified of his promotion to chief master sergeant by Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, at 15th Wing headquarters building, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
