Hickam Field Attack Remembrance
15th Wing Honor Guard members raise the U.S. flag at the December 7th Remembrance Ceremony on Hickam Field Dec. 7, 2013. The flag was flown at half- staff in honor of the 190 Airmen and civilians who lost their lives in the 1941 attack on the base. In observance of its historical past, the ceremony took place at the flagpole in Atterbury Circle, a site which still boasts the original bullet holes and strafing marks from the attack.
