HPARC
Jonathan Low, Hickam Human Performance and Rehabilitation Center exercise physiologist and personal trainer, explains the process for taking a body fat measurement using the Bod Pod to a patient at the HPARC on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 9, 2014. The Bod Pod is one of the tools used by the HPARC staff to track the progress of fitness class participants over periods of time. The Bod Pod tracks and measures body fat and lean muscle mass by using air displacement technology. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Terri Paden)
