Air Force delivers humanitarian supplies to China
SHANGHAI, China-- U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Allen Minner, 15th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, pushes a large pallet of humanitarian supplies delivered by a C-17 Globemaster III. Thirteenth Air Force's 613th Air and Space Operations Center Air Mobility Divsion at Hickam AFB coordinated the delivery of 225,890 pounds of relief supplies to Shanghai within 18 hours of Secretary of Defense notification. Recently, 19 Chinese provinces experienced the most severe winter storms in 50 years, imposing severe hardships on millions of Chinese citizens. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Anthony J. DeCapite)
