The 15 AW leaders and ROK Navy crew builds friendship
PEARL HARBOR — Republic of Korea Navy commander Eul-Soo Kim, of the Lee Sun Sin (SS-068) submarine and his crew welcomed 15th Airlift Wing leaders and family members during a tour of submarine at Pearl Harbor June 4. The submarine from the Republic of Korea was berthed in Pearl Harbor taking part in Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC) one of the largest naval exercises in the world designed to enhance the tactical capabilities and cooperation of participating nations in various aspects of maritime operations at sea.
