Col Tuck becomes CAP member

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- Hawaii Wing, Civil Air Patrol, conferred the "Honorary CAP Membership," signed by CAP National Commander, Major General Amy Courter to Colonel Giovanni Tuck, 15th Airlift Wing commander, for his outstanding support and assistance to the Civil Air Patrol at the Enlisted Club here July 31.
