HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii – Mari Villa, President of Latin Business Hawaii, the state Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, speaks at the 2009 Hispanic Heritage Luncheon Oct. 9 on the Officer’s Club lanai. The event, hosted by the Hispanic Heritage Committee and the Equal Opportunity Office, featured a Hispanic menu and live entertainment.
