25th STB movement

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- Five buses wait for 25th Infantry Division troops stationed out of Schofield Barracks to unboard a plane after a long flight home Oct. 23. More than 143 troops flew into Hickam's flightline and 735th Air Mobility Squadron passenger terminal here upon return from Iraq, where they were deployed for more than 12 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The 735th AMS is an Air Mobility Command tenant unit here, supporting airlift movement of people and passengers around the world. In the last year, the 735th AMS has assisted in transporting 11,077 personnel on 72 missions for the Army's 25th ID; 2,518 personnel on 16 missions from the Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, Hawaii; and 5,720 other personnel on 50 missions in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
