Col. JJ Torres, 15th Airlift Wing commander is greeted by Republic of Korea Admiral Yim, Chul Soon during a reception at Naval Base Pearl Harbor. The Korean Naval Academy’s Cruise Training Force docked at Pearl Harbor as part of their training prior to graduation. The training force has been sailing to different ports for about 90 days.
