Hickam kicks off Warior Day with run
HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- Chief Master Sgt. Craig Recker, 15th Airlift Wing command chief master sergeant, and Col. Giovanni Tuck, 15th AW commander, lead Team Hickam as the first formation of the Warrior Run to kick off Warrior Day festivities. The day concluded with a commander’s call and burger burn where actor Gary Sinise and University of Hawaii football coach Greg McMackin spoke to the Airmen assembled in Hangar 19. Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band is scheduled to perform a free concert for Hickam service members and their families at Freedom Tower Jan. 30.
