CMSAF McCoy inducts newest Hickam chiefs

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii -- Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James McCoy (retired) speaks at a Chief’s Recognition Ceremony at the enlisted club on Hickam Air Force Base, Hi. During his speech, he commended Hickam’s newest Chiefs for their ability to face new challenges and expressed his astonishment at the level of education the enlisted force pursues.
