Base decals now mandatory
JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii – Senior Airman Brandon Reed, 15th Security Forces Squadron, administers a base decal to a customer at Pass and I.D. here, Feb. 10. Car decals became mandatory for anyone entering Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Feb. 1. To get decals, customers must have a state of Hawaii registration or completed DF-L-27, Hawaii safety inspection certificate (pink or yellow copy), Hawaii insurance card, state or international driver's license and a military/DOD/civilian identification card.
