Maj. (Dr.) Kurt Nishiguchi, a dentist from the 624th Aeromedical Dental Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii and Staff Sgt. Vincent Nelson, a dental assistant from 724th Aeromedical Dental Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, perform a tooth extraction on a local Thai man during a medical civic assistance program being conducted in Thailand as part of exercise Cope Tiger 2010. Cope Tiger is an annual, multilateral field-training exercise involving the U.S. Air Force, Royal Thai Air Force and Army and the Republic of Singapore Air Force. This year’s exercise is being held at Korat and Udon Thani Royal Thai Air Force Bases in Thailand, March 1-12.
