HICKAM WARRIOR: Airman 1st Class Tiffany Jones

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii - Airman 1st Class Tiffany Jones, 15th Comptroller Squadron customer service representative, is this week’s Hickam Warrior. Her duties include collecting approximately $75,000 in military pay debts a month, processing court martial's and non-judicial punishments, working more than 100 case management system cases a month, working travel voucher rejects, processing dependency determination packages, alternate base cashier, processing remission and waiver packages, briefing the First Term Airman Class, and answering customer's questions via phone, e-mail and face to face contact every day. “Airman Jones is an outstanding troop and consistently shines in the office, which is shown by her winning Top Performer of the Month for January and Airman of the Quarter for both 15th Comptroller Squadron and Wing Staff Agencies.” said Staff Sgt. Kimberly Knowlton, non-commissioned officer in charge of customer service. “She is a dedicated worker and is always willing to step up and help out when needed.” Airman Jones’s interested include mudding, reading, painting, and going to the beach.
