Hickam re-activates 96th Air Refueling Squadron

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii – A KC-135 Stratotanker flys over Hickams Missing Man Formation during the reactivation of the 96th Air Refueling Squadron ceremony here, 23 July. The 15th Wing re-activated the 96th ARS here at an assumption of command ceremony as a Total Force Integration active partnership with the Hawaii National Guard.
