81,864 POW/MIAs remembered

Staff Sgt. Darrell Walters, 25th Air Support Operations Squadron radio frequency operator, folds an American flag at 0500 hours Sept. 16 before a POW/MIA 24-hour relay at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
