Staff Sgt. Darrell Walters, 25th Air Support Operations Squadron radio frequency operator, folds an American flag at 0500 hours Sept. 16 before a POW/MIA 24-hour relay at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. In addition to the remembrance relay, the Air Force Sergeants Association organized a reveille and wreath-laying ceremony Sept. 17 to honor those 81,864 who are prisoners of war or missing in action.
