Tops In Blue rocks North Charleston
The entertainment cast from Tops In Blue line the stage for the grand finale and sing "I'm proud to be an American" at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center Oct. 21, 2010. Each year thousands audition and compete in base talent contests in hopes of becoming a part of Tops In Blue.
