Tops in Blue perform at Freedom Tower
Entertainers from Tops In Blue perform a Ray Charles act at Freedom Tower on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 26. The performance was one of many impersonations, others included Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga and Beyonce.
