Hickam honors Heroes at Dec. 7 Ceremony

Gen. Gary North, Pacific Air Forces commander, presents Frank Karas, a Hickam Field survivor of the 1941 attacks on Oahu, with a folded U.S. flag during the 70th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 7, 2011.
