15th Wing and 154th Wing Commanders sign the MOU between the two Wings
Brig. Gen. (Sel.) Braden Sakai, 154th Wing Commander, and Col. Sam Barrett, 15th Wing Commander, sign copies of the Memorandum of Understanding between the 15th and the 154th Wings, March 16, defining Total Force Integration at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The Wings work in partnership to employ Total Force combat and peacetime support to operations across Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Theater. Under this Total Force construct, the 15th and 154th Wings retain their separate administrative organizational structures and chains of command while functionally integrating to achieve unity of effort to accomplish Wing missions.
