15th Wing celebrates vice commander’s fini flight
Attendees await the landing of a 96th Air Refueling Squadron KC-135 Stratotanker carrying Col. Joe Dague, 15th Wing vice commander, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, to celebrate his "fini flight" May 23.
