Commander takes first flight as leader of 15th Wing

Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, pilots a C-17 Globemaster III from the 535th Airlift Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, while Maj.
