Commander takes first flight as leader of 15th Wing
A C-17 Globemaster III from the 535th Airlift Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, carrying Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, parks July 18 following Roscoe's first flight since taking command of the 15th Wing.
