The Wet Hens, a sailing group founded by Louis “Papa Lou” Foster, a retired Air Force master sergeant, and creator of Hickam Harbor, sail around the harbor to spread the ashes of their late founder, Sept. 1 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Founder of the Wets Hens, an all-female sailing club at Hickam, Foster is best known for his sailing skills. He died in his hometown of Eagle Point, Ore., at the age of 90.
