Hickam Airman recieve flu vaccinations during SHOTEX
Tech. Sgt. Roy Barden, 647th Security Forces Squadron kennel master, recieves the "flu mist" vaccine Sept. 20 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, as part of the "SHOTEX" mass-immunization exercise. SHOTEX was a Navy-sponsored mass-immunization exercise involving medical personnel from Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, 13th Air Force, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, the 15th Wing Medical Group and the 154th Medical Group aiming to vaccinate approximately 12,000 military personnel and Category 1 and 5 civilian personnel.
