Pilot For a Day
Brooklin Jensen helps her mother Melissa Jensen try on a helmet as she poses for pictures at the 647th Civil Engineer Squadron, Explosive Ordnance Disposal work center shortly after touring the facility with her son Caleb Jensen, Pilot For a Day selectee and aplastic anemia survivor, as part of the Pilot for a Day program at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Feb. 8, 2013. After having successfully completed treatment for aplastic anemia, a condition which causes the body to stop producing new blood cells, Caleb was joined on base by his mother, father, brother and three sisters to participate in the Pilot For a Day program.
