Pilot for a day: Kaneohe youth visits 15th Wing
An “Honorary Squadron Membership” certificate was presented to Damon Hall-Kaneakua of Kaneohe, Hawaii, by Lt. Col. Gregg S. Johnson, commander of the 535th Airlift Squadron at the C-17 Squadron Operations building, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, May 3, 2013. Hall-Kaneakua and family members were guests of the 15th Wing as part of the Pilot for a Day program, a partnership with Kapiolani Hospital that gives children with serious or chronic conditions a special day and a break from whatever challenges they may face.
