JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii -- Col. Terry Scott, 15th Wing vice commander, flew his final mission of his career as an F-22 Raptor instructor pilot May 9, 2014 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii . The mission was Scott's "fini-flight," a ceremonial final flight for Air Force pilots. Scott will retire next month after 33 years of enlisted and commissioned service.
