Terri Paden 15th Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii -- The Air Force Personnel Center released the list of technical sergeants selected for promotion to master sergeant on May 22. Those selected represent 17.96 percent of the 22,673 eligible, Air Force Personnel Center officials said. The average overall score for those selected is 352.55. Average time in grade is 4.41 years and time in service is 15.16 years. Other score averages included 133.98 for enlisted performance reports, 11.66 for decorations, 69.13 for the Promotion Fitness Exam and 71.49 for the skills knowledge test score.
