Senior Airman Juan Mendoza 647th Force Support Squadron storeroom clerk, served as the NCOIC for two months, during which he successfully decreased the processing time for fitness reports at JBPHH. His efforts contributed significantly to his team earning the 2023 Air Base Group Team of the Year Award. He also demonstrated a Mission Ready Airman mindset, particularly through his excellent work in preparing for and during Exercise Agile Reaper 24-1.
