Preparing for new aircraft display

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM --  Airman 1st Class Tyler Williams, 647th Civil Engineer Squadron structures journeyman, clears the static display pad at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, August 3, 2021.
