11th Air Force Commander visits 15th Wing

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Paul Ebiya, 15th Healthcare Operations Squadron outpatient pharmacy non-commissioned officer-in-charge, shares the story of Army Air Corps 1st Lt. William Schick, recounting the selflessness and bravery shown in the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor.
