Friends of Hickam visit JBPHH
A member of the Friends of Hickam looks out the window of a C-17 Globmaster III during a training sortie near Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, March 31, 2016. The flight was a portion of a base tour that highlighted some of the 15th Wing’s agencies including Security Forces, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Maintenance Group and the 15th Medical Group. The Friends of Hickam serve as facilitators between the 15th Wing command and the Hawaii community. The purpose of the Friends of Hickam is to provide public support for the U.S. Air Force in Hawaii and its missions. They also help to improve the quality of life for Air Force personnel and their families. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Aaron Oelrich/released)
