Remembrance run concludes POW/MIA week
Airmen from the 25th Air Support Operations Squadron salute during the Prisoner of War and Missing In Action reveille ceremony on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 18, 2015. The 25th ASOS ran in formation from Earhart track to Atterbury Circle at the conclusion of the 24 hour POW/MIA remembrance run to be a part of the reveille ceremony. Every year the nation pauses on the third Friday of September to remember the sacrifices and service of prisoners of war. There are 83,344 Americans still unaccounted-for across the Defense Department. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Aaron Oelrich/Released)
