The Hickam Ramp Facility houses aerodrome surveillance specialists during Rim of the Pacific 2014 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, July 28, 2014. Specialists atop the facility assist incoming and outgoing military aircraft before and after they have communication with the Honolulu Control Tower. More than 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC from June 26- Aug. 1 in and round Hawaii and California.
