SECAF Arrival

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii - Colonel Giovanni K. Tuck, 15th Airlift Wing commander, and General Gary L. North, Pacific Air Forces commander, welcomes the Honorable Michael B. Donley, Secretary of the United States Air Force upon his arrival here, Dec. 17. Hickam Air Force Base is his first stop of his tour of air bases in PACAF. PACAF is responsible for Air Force activities spread over half the globe in a command that supports 45,000 Air Force people serving principally in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Korea, and Japan.
