(Dr.) Patricia Ewings, a flight surgeon from 13th Air Force at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, and Chalad Santhong, a Royal Thai Air Force Flight Officer, distribute patient numbers to the local Thai community waiting to receive care from medical professionals during a medical civic assistance program being held as part of exercise Cope Tiger 2010 at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, March 9. Cope Tiger is an annual, multilateral field-training exercise involving the U.S. Air Force, Royal Thai Air Force and Army and the Republic of Singapore Air Force. This year’s exercise is being held at Korat and Udon Thani Royal Thai Air Force Bases in Thailand, March 1-12.
