NORTH SHORE, Oahu -- A Polynesian Culture Center performer squeezes coconut meat to get the coconut milk during a village demonstration. Performers demonstrate various polynesian cultures at the Polynesian Culture Center. The center features a 42-acre facility for guests to experience different hands-on activities, watch shows and shop.
