Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam conducts boat drop mission to Guam

Lou Orrie, 15th OG superintendent, observe the recovery operations being conducted in the ocean surrounding Naval Base Guam after dropping a boat and High-Altitude Low-Opening jumpers April 9 during a five-day mission to fly, execute airdrops, and foster joint service and international operability in the Pacific theater.
