Honoring Hickam's heroes

Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, honors Elizabeth Chew, widow of Senior Master Sgt. (Ret.) Raymond Perry, during the 71st anniversary remembrance ceremony on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Dec. 7, 2012. Perry, a survivor of the attacks, went on to serve 26-years in the Air Force and was a founding member of the pararescue career field.
